Global Minds is an IT Consulting and digital transformation services company. Global Minds each consultants have an average of 15+ years’ experience in Oracle Applications, Oracle Technologies, Cloud technologies and others, our teams are based in Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Asia, and Americas.

Our consultants work closely with organisations and companies to design, plan, implement and integrate enterprise-wide, cloud, IT and digital transformation projects (including harnessing robotic processes for automation).

We’ve grown to be a resource network with extensive experience as Oracle Solution Architects and Technical Architects, with both specialisation and certification in Oracle Products such as Oracle ERP, Security, Java, Database, Cloud PaaS, SaaS and IaaS.

We have a proven track record of delivering Finance transformation programs, and in our teams we have qualified accountants, with certified finance accreditations such as FCCA, ACCA, IFRS and IPSAS. We work across a number of industries, with clients in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Telecoms and Pharmaceutical, amongst others.

Our network of Oracle Partners, System Integrators and agencies (such as Oracle specialist recruitment agencies) work in collaboration, and to date have successfully delivered over 100 Oracle implementation and development projects for clients across the globe. We actively market Oracle Products and Services world-wide.

Our consultants are typically ex-Oracle employees and/or former employees of ‘Big 5’ consulting companies, who are specialised in products such as Oracle ERP, CRM, SCM, Cloud Applications, Cloud NETSUITE, Cloud-based Business Intelligence Reporting, Hyperion and CC&B (Customer Care and Billing). We have experience in moving entire IT estates to the Cloud platform.
